NXT Level Plus is a high quality, fiber reinforced, cement-based, free-flowing self leveling floor underlayment for use in leveling interior plywood, OSB, gypsum and concrete substrates. It’s rapid setting formula produces a flat, smooth and hard surface for the installation of finishing flooring in as soon as 12 hours.

The rapid curing self leveling formula allows finish floor goods to be applied quickly, as soon as 12 hours after placement and is walkable in 2 to 3 hours
It’s fiber reinforced providing additional flexural strength
Free-flowing self leveling underlayment smooths existing rough concrete, gypsum based substrates and plywood/OSB (without the use of metal lath)
Both pourable and plumbable for use in small to larger applications
It can be applied over concrete testing up to RH of 100% (or less per ASTM F2170) so there’s minimal downtime
Provides superior compressive strengths for a long lasting application
Equipped with Microban® antimicrobial product protection to fight the growth of stain-causing mold and mildew in the underlayment
Can be applied from 1/8" to 1-1/4" (3 mm to 32 mm) and tapered to zero at edges on concrete substrates and 1/4” to 1-1/4” (6.35 mm to 32 mm) on wood substrates
Low-shrinkage and very stable
Compatible with most adhesives
