NXT Level Plus is a high quality, fiber reinforced, pumpable, cement-based, free-flowing self leveling floor underlayment for use in leveling interior plywood, OSB, gypsum and concrete substrates. It’s rapid setting formula produces a flat, smooth and hard surface for the installation of finishing flooring in as soon as 12 hours.
Product Overview
NXT Level Plus self leveling floor underlayment is incorporated with antimicrobial product protection to fight the growth of stain-causing mold and mildew in the underlayment. It’s a suitable surfaces for most finished floor goods and can be used in a variety of applications such as: commercial, retail, healthcare, education, residential, hotels, offices and more.
Antimicrobial technology is integrated during the manufacturing process to provide around-the-clock product protection against the growth of stain- and odor-causing microbes, including bacteria, mold, and mildew.

- The rapid curing self leveling formula allows finish floor goods to be applied quickly, as soon as 12 hours after placement and is walkable in 2 to 3 hours
- It’s fiber reinforced providing additional flexural strength
- Free-flowing self leveling underlayment smooths existing rough concrete, gypsum based substrates and plywood/OSB (without the use of metal lath)
- Both pourable and plumbable for use in small to larger applications
- It can be applied over concrete testing up to RH of 100% (or less per ASTM F2170) so there’s minimal downtime
- Provides superior compressive strengths for a long lasting application
- Equipped with antimicrobial product protection to fight the growth of stain-causing mold and mildew in the underlayment
- Can be applied from 1/8" to 2" (3mm to 51mm) and tapered to zero at edges on concrete substrates and 1/4” to 2” (6mm to 51mm) on wood substrates
- Low-shrinkage and very stable
- Compatible with most adhesives
